During this 3.5 hour workshop, young artists will discover the magic of light on dark by painting with white Gouache on black paper. Working on an A3 surface, students will learn to build luminous layers, create dimension through highlight and shadow, and develop paintings that glow with depth and brilliance. This hands-on session combines technique with creativity as kids explore how light transforms a dark surface into a radiant masterpiece. 

In this workshop we will cover:

• How to draw in perspective, looking for shapes 
• How to create depth in our drawings using tone
• Layering & blending soft pastels
• Mixing the pastels to create new colours

If you are unable to attend your workshop the following refund policy applies:

• More than 7 days notice: A full refund will be provided (less $20 booking fee)

• Between 7 and 4 days notice: A refund of 75% will be provided.

• Less than 4 days notice: A refund of 50% will be provided.

We are unable to offer credits for future workshops.

Our workshops require a minimum booking of 10 students - in the case of cancellation you will be given 3 days notice and a full refund.
