Our Kids Gouache Quirky Portraits workshop is an ideal creative outlet for your imaginative child. Participants will have the opportunity to craft their own paintings, focusing on a range of quirky animal portraits using gouache paint, inspired by Renaissance masters. This workshop blends classic art styles with a playful twist, offering an engaging and enjoyable experience that encourages young artists to express themselves.

We will use fun designs for guidance & inspiration. During the workshop we will teach the kids how to use gouache paint and techniques to help them build their masterpiece. 

What we will be focusing on in this workshop:

• How to draw up in perspective before we paint
• How to use gouache at the right texture
• How to blend gouache 
• How to layer
• How to use brushes
• Colour mixing guidance 
• Having blast!

- If you are unable to attend this workshop you can apply for a refund if we are given 7+ days notice. Please contact hello@artschoolco.com if you are unable to attend.

- If you are unable to attend this workshop & give less than 7 days notice you can ask for a credit to be used at future workshops at the school to equal or lesser value. If of greater value the difference must be paid. If less than 48hrs notice is given a 50% fee will be taken off the credit. Please contact hello@artschoolco.com if you are unable to attend.

- Workshop credit cannot be used towards term classes or the store.
