Rachelle will guide you through the process of transforming moody reference images into breathtaking large-scale charcoal artworks. This workshop is designed to equip you with practical skills, from fundamental drawing techniques you can apply to all of your artworks, to the varied tools and applications of charcoal. You'll leave with a dramatic piece of art that speaks to your soul, with the convenience of optional framing and a comprehensive material kit to support your continued creative journey.

Rachelle Kavanagh is a multidisciplinary artist known for her thoughtful, moody work that explores emotion and everyday beauty. With a background in teaching and a passion for helping others connect with their own artistic voice, she brings both heart and clarity to her practice and her students. Her work spans original artworks, print products, and creative tools that inspire confidence and self-expression.

Terms & Conditions of Workshop Bookings: 

Our workshops require a minimum booking of 10 students - in the case of cancellation you will be given 3 days notice and a full refund. 

If you are unable to attend your workshop the following refund policy applies:

• More than 7 days notice: A full refund will be provided (less $20 booking fee)

• Between 7 and 4 days notice: A refund of 75% will be provided.

• Less than 4 days notice: A refund of 50% will be provided.

We are unable to offer credits for future workshops.
